Acts Chapter 6

Q: How did the apostles respond to the need for more administration in the church? (6:1-7)
A: They looked for some men handle these administration issues in the church.

Q: What was the result of their "distributing the administration work?" (6:6-7)
A: 7 deacons were appointed.

Q: What was one of the qualifications required of the seven appointed for daily ministry (6:3)?
A: They should have good reputation and be full of the Holy spirit and wisdom.

Q: What were the apostles’ main priorities? (6:4)
A: Their priorities were prayers and ministry of the Word.

A: Stephen – Philip – Prochorus – Nicanor – Timon – Parmenas - Nicolas.

Q: A dispute arose between Stephen and some Cyrenians, Alexandrians, Cilicians, and Asians at a certain synagogue of former slaves. Name this synagogue.
A: The Synagogue of Freedman.

A : They were not able to resist his wisdom and the spirit by which he spoke.

A: They said they heard him say blasphemous words about Moses and God.
